THIKKER Quarterly Giveaway Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by [YOUR LEGAL ENTITY NAME], located at [YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS] (the “Sponsor”).

If operating under a DBA, include both the legal entity and DBA.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of the Sponsor, their immediate family members, including spouse, parent, child, and sibling, and persons living in the same household are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes consists of recurring quarterly entry periods (“Entry Periods”). Each Entry Period runs as follows:

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Entry Period at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice posted on the Website.

4. How to Enter

Method 1: Automatic Entry, Purchase

During each Entry Period, each completed purchase on thikker.com automatically earns one (1) entry into that quarter’s drawing.

Multiple purchases during the same Entry Period will result in multiple entries.

No additional action is required beyond completing a purchase.

Method 2: Free Entry, No Purchase Necessary

To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten postcard with your full name, email address, and mailing address to:

Limit one (1) free entry per person per Entry Period.

All entries, whether purchase or free, have an equal chance of winning.

A purchase does not increase your chances of winning compared to a free entry.

5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will be selected per Entry Period.

Total ARV of all prizes per Entry Period: $[XXX + 500].

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Within fourteen (14) days following the close of each Entry Period, two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period.

The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry.

Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification with a valid shipping address and any requested verification.

Failure to respond within seven (7) days, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

For prizes valued at $600 or more, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and may require a completed W-9 form before prize fulfillment.

8. General Conditions

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries, or for any technical failures, errors, or malfunctions.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By accepting a prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy.

Information will only be used for administration of the Sweepstakes and will not be sold to third parties.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes shall be governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to conflicts of law principles.
